Welcome to Day 1 of Voice Your Truth 21 Day Process

Take your journal “The Yoga of Courage” - choose one situation in your current life that you wish to have more clarity about YOUR TRUTH in.

Drop your pen and sit down for a moment, close your eyes, relax your breath and tune into your body. Sit for a moment with the fact that all your truth is already waiting for you inside. It is not that you do not have your truth - its simply that all aspects of your truth may not yet be fully conscious within you.

Choose for a moment, this moment to allow more consciousness to arise what your truth REALLY is within this situation.

How does your body feel in this situation?

What are your true feelings in this situation?

The first fear that we encounter in voicing our truth is uncovering our truth in ourselves - being true in our truth just within ourselves.

Your truth is there. It is waiting for you to discover it!

Tomorrow will bring you the somatic practice to bring forward your personal truth. This somatic practice is suitable to use whenever you want to come closer to your truth.


Getting clear on your truth.

Actually understanding your truth, understanding what is meaningful to you and getting clear on what you are really wanting to voice is a first and important step.

Developing the inner clarity of what is important for you, what you wish to convey and communicate and what really matters to you!

What topic do you feel you d like to focus on during this 21 day challenge to feel your truth and voice your truth about?


The safe container

Sometimes it can happen that when we voice our truth, or voiced our truth in the past, we experience pain, rejection or even danger.

Our bodies, minds and souls might have been traumatised.

For this reason, it is important to recognise the value of having a safe container to begin talking real truth.

So we can strengthen our field, without having to shrink it down.

Its courageous to honestly give ourselves the time and space to grow. That way our truth can grow strong inside us. As we prepare to voice ourselves we also honour the parts of ourselves that are vulnerable.

Key Questions:

  • Do you know what a safe container feels like?
  • Can you recognise people that are safe to voice your truth with and people that cannot treat you with due respect?


Find a person in your life with whom you can share some important truths.
